Porter Cable Type A3 locomotive take about belt sander 8 amp flooring sanding

This works well and it runs strong. But as you can see from the photos somebody repaired some peace on the back of it using some epoxy. I'm not exactly sure what it is. The epoxy could probably be cleaned off and the sander could be restored if needed. The bottom metal plate that keeps the tension between the belt and the wheels could also use replacing the little piece of cork that goes under it can also use replacing. But it can also be used as is the cord on it is in good shape.
