This is the Press Kit for the 1992 final season of "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson".  It includes a 12"x 9" glossy folder with what appears to be Johnny's signature at the top left in silver (which I believe is printed onto the folder rather than an original autograph.) and stars & moon background.  Inside the folder are press materials touting the final season of the beloved talk show host including A Comic Perspective, Trivia Quiz, Transcript from the Debut of "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" from October 1, 1962, the Ever-Quotable Carson, Executive Producer Fred de Cordova: The Rewards Of "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson," Ed McMahon Reflects on More than Three Decades as Television's Most Famous Sidekick, A Rich History of Television Artifacts, The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson Transcript of Monologue May 22, 1992, A Timeline of Significant Events, a cover letter and contents page from NBC Television, The Carson Legacy, America Shares the Stage with Johnny Carson, a one-pager on Three Decades of "More to Come" art (does not include art), Credits for The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, A History of Success, Johnny Carson's Greatest Hits (highest-rated editions), A list of Guests on the Tonight Show from October 1, 1962-May 22, 1992, bios Johnny Carson, Ed McMahon, Doc Severinsen, executive producer Peter Lassally,  and Frederick de Cordova. Plus, you get a 150-page Collectors Series of The Hollywood Reporter from May 22, 1992. No marks or tears.
Admittedly, the folder itself is a bit worse for wear after nearly 30 years, with several bends, impressions and general wear. But there are no tears or marks.
