Visually inspected unit for any damaged or missing parts and accessories. The connector for the foot pedal that is attached to the back of the main unit was hanging and the wires was exposed. Reattached the connector for the foot pedal with a nut (repaired).
Inspected the fiber optic trunk for any burn marks with a Sunrise 30x microscope (trunk is burn free). Inspected fiber optic trunk for any dead cells using light and the Sunrise 30X microscope (Excellent condition). Connected fiber optic trunk to the main unit. Opened side panels and inspected coolant reservoir for any dirt and foreign objects. Inspected coolant filter, replaced filter.
Inspected back spatter glass for any dirt or burn marks. Burn marks found, repaired it (back spatter glass) by rotating glass 1/4 turn. Inspected both 500v DC and 1500v DC capacitors. Plugged unit into air supply. Plugged unit into 120v power outlet and powered on the unit. Filled water reservoir with distilled water and primed the unit. Tested waterflow of the unit. Tested unit with a Ophir Nova II meter. Tested units soft tissue mode using only 1-3 watt output. Both hard and soft tissue modes are reading correct wattage output. Tested the units Laser Emergency Stop button. This unit is fully functional and in excellent cosmetic condition.
